Whatz on?

Always bustling with activities, the college started the academic year with their annual intra-college festival Darpan. Already a week into the fest, the college has conducted an array of events like Indian classical, folk and film singing events, mime and movie spoof event apart from literary and art events like extempore, debate, dumb charades, cartooning, painting, graphic designing and etc.

The coming weeks will see many major stage events like Western instrumentals solo (July 14), the finals of Indian folk and film singing (July 16),
Indian dance solo (July 17), Indian dance group (July 23) and Western Acoustic and electric group (July 24).

There will also be a three-day Darpan Theatre festival between July 21 and July 23. Literary events like Pot Pourri finals (July 14), Quiz (July 16 and 21), Debate finals (July 17) and art events like Pot Painting (July 14), Photography (July 16), Rangoli (July 17) and Flower arrangement (July 21) will be held.
   This being an intra-collegiate festival the activities are restricted to only the students of the college.

   The winners of all the competitions will soon form the new cultural team of the Christ University and represent the college in future festivals.
