In their last league match, Vultures drew with Herons Cricket Club to bag two points, that put them two clear of the second-placed Friends Union Cricket Club (1). Jawans Cricket Club (28 points) finished closely behind FUCC.

Bangalore Cricketers (16) and Jupiter Cricketers Association (4), who brought up the rear will be relegated to the second division. Jaidur Cricketers (16) and Swastic Union Cricket Club-2 (15), the top two teams in the second division, earned promotion to the top division.

Similarly, the bottom-placed teams in the second -- Bangalore Sports Club and Dolphin Cricketers -- will be competiting in the third division from where Neptune Cricket Club (17) and Bangalore Occasionals (15) made the grades to the second.

Hanumanthanagar Cricket Club and YMCA Cricket Club (1), who ended up at the bottom of the third division will slug it out in the fourth division.
