Mathsyagandha Express cancelled today too

Due to heavy rains and landslip in Ratnagiri region, rail tracks at Nivasar station have been damaged and restoration works are under progress. As a result, Mathsyagandha Express remained cancelled for the fourth day due to the landslide and clearing work on the railway track near Nivsar railway station on Tuesday. It will be cancelled even on Wednesday.

Some of the trains have been diverted. They are Train No 2618 Nizamuddin–Ernakulam Mangala Express which left Nizamuddin on July 26 is diverted via Kalyan-Pune-Londa-Madgoan; Train No 2997 – Tirunelveli - Hapa which left  Tirunelveli on July 26 is diverted via Madgoan-Londa-Pune and Kalyan; Train No 2617 Ernakulam – Nizamuddin Mangala Express which left Ernakulam on July 26 is diverted via Madgoan-Londa-Pune and Kalyan; Train No 2288 – Deharadun - Kochuveli Express which left Deharadun on July 26 is diverted via Panvel-Pune-Mirej-Londa and Madgaon.

Some of the trains have been rescheduled. They are: Train No 2431 Trivandrum–Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express sheduled to leave Trivandrum at 19.15 hrs on Tuesday is rescheduled to leave at 04.00 hrs on Wednesday. Train No 6346 Trivandrum–Lokmanya Tilak Nerravatii Express sheduled to leave Trivandrum at 09.50 hrs on Wednesday is rescheduled to leave at 12.00 hrs.

Passengers of  Rajdhani and Netravati Expresses will be transshipped between Adavali and Ratnagiri stations by special buses.
