Twilight love tale turns total in Eclipse

“The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” is the third edition of the Twilight book series and also a third film on the popular vampire-human bond story. In this edition, the love triangle is finally clear when Bella (Kristen Stewart) decides to hold hands forever with one of her two suitors, handsome werewolf Jacob (Taylor Lautner) and irresistible vampire Edward (Robert Pattinson).

It also drives a final wedge between the two warring families as they have to fight a new common enemy led by a vindictive Victoria (Bryce Dallas Howard) and a perplexed Riley (Xavier Samuel). However, as the two young men try to fend off each other for Bella, their jealous nature comes to the fore again. The outcome of the story of “Eclipse” is similar to that of the “New Moon”. The plus side of this film is that it dwells much deeper into some of the characters from the earlier two series.

So, there are turns and twists. The action sequences, accompanied by thumping music, are much sharper and intense. And for fans who have read the book, the film is not a replica. There are misses and additions. There seems to be more wolves—handsome males and beautiful females.

The film is also generous to Jacob who gets plenty of time to show off his biceps while pledging his love for Bella.  The competition between Edward and Jacob to win Bella’s heart is more intense and sensual.
You even have Jacob telling Edward: “Let’s face it, I am hotter than you.” Well, there are many moments to keep your eyeballs rolling.
It has the perfect mix of an entertainer. Hot characters who are thirsty for love and blood. It overtakes the earlier series.
