Hizb militant nabbed, two ultra hideouts busted

A Hizb militant identified as Mohmmad Usman alias Osama was caught after a brief encounter with army troops in Dehra top forest in Doda district, police said. An AK rifle, a hand grenade, three magazines and a mobile phone were seized from him.

Army smashed two militant hideouts in Rajouri and Reasi districts and recovered a large quantity of arms and ammunition.The seizure included an AK-56 rifle, a gun, 132 rounds of AK rifle, two magazines, a grenade, 100-gm explosives and 57 IED steel pellets.
