Under the axe

The film, produced by Mahendra Dhariwal and directed by Karan, stars Meghna Naidu, Shawar Ali and Tarun Arora. The film was scheduled to release on August 20, but the Censor Board seems to have played a spoil sport.

The Censor Board feels that the bold scenes between Shawar Ali and Meghna are too sexy and explicit in nature and hence has cut six to seven scenes from the film.

Mahendra Dhariwal is not ready for those cuts and has referred the film to the revising committee. He is very indignant and considers the act of Censor Board as biased.
 “Those scenes are very important for the film. I will fight it out with the revising committee,” says Dhariwal.
