Vidvan Rajakamal started his early flute lessons and training at a tender age of seven from vidvan S A Sashidhar. Later on he acquired additional musical knowledge and training from Sangeethakalarathna vidushi Neela Ramagopal. Presently he is under the tutelage of Sangeethakalanidhi Padmashri N Ramani. He was the recipient of CCRT scholarship at a very young age itself. He has expertise in Pallavi singing and has performed on AIR and Doordarshan too. He has been honoured by Sri Krishna Gana Sabha, Chennai, Karnataka Ganakala Parishath and other well known music associations.
He has travelled to USA, Canada, Singapore and European countries and enthralled audiences with carnatic flute rendition.
Ramakrishnan concert

Sangeetha vidvan P P Ramakrishnan learnt vocal music with Vidvan M D Ramanathan to begin his music career and later learnt Violin with vidvan T N Krishnan. He has served as a music teacher in various capacities and is presently a member of the Lalithakala Division, Kerala University. He is also teaching music over the Internet to many of his students around the world. He has the honour and privilege of accompanying musical stalwarts like Guru T N Krishnan, D K Jayaraman, Dr N Ramani, Kadri Gopalnath, P Unnikrishnan and K B Sundarambal in many concerts. He has been honoured by many music associations in India and abroad in recognition of his performing art. He has published Sangeetha Sahitya Prakashitha and many other literary works in the music field.
Usha concert
Vidushi Usha Ramamurthy will be giving the Gotuvadyam concert at Ganabharathi in Veene Seshanna Bhavana, Adichunchanagiri Road, Kuvempunagar on September 6 at 6 pm.
She is accompanied by Vidushi Veena Suresh on Violin and Vidvan Tumkur B Ravishankar on mridangam.
Vidushi Usha Ramamurthy is a Vocal artist. She had her first music lessons from her mother. Later, she continued her musical training with Trivandrum Subramanya Aiyar, G Chennamma, L Rajarao, Belakavadi Varadaraja Iyengar and G V Ranganayakamma.
Later her interest shifted over to Gotuvadyam music and received expert training from vidvan Purushottham.
As an AIR artist she has given Gotuvadyam performance in various music associations at the national level. She has brought out two CD s to her credit, entitled Siddhi Vinayakam and Raaganubhava. She has been decorated with Karnataka Kalashree and Jayaprakash Narayan State Award and many others.
