<p>New Delhi: Around one lakh voters in Bihar are “untraceable” while at least 15 lakh voters are yet to submit their enumeration forms even as just two days are left for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise to clean up electoral rolls in Bihar, the <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/election-commission">Election Commission </a>said on Wednesday.</p><p>The first phase of SIR is “nearing completion” and so far, 7.17 crore voters have submitted their enumeration forms while around 55 lakh voters were found to be either dead (around 20 lakh), permanently migrated (28 lakh) or found to be enrolled at more than one place (7 lakh).</p>.Bihar SIR: Over 52 lakh electors not found at addresses; 18 lakh so far identified as dead.<p>In a statement, the EC said the draft electoral roll will be published on August 1 at the completion of the first phase of SIR. </p><p>“If there is any error in the draft electoral roll, any elector or political party can file an objection regarding the inclusion of the name of any proposed elector with the concerned ERO (Electoral Registration Officer) or AERO (Assistant ERO) of that Assembly constituency by September 1. </p>.<p>Similarly, if any eligible person does not find their name in the draft electoral roll, they can file their claims up to September 1.</p><p>The names of electors who have submitted the enumeration forms will be included in the draft electoral roll. Voters can confirm the submission of their forms at <a href="https://voters.eci.gov.in/home/enumFormTrack">https://voters.eci.gov.in/home/enumFormTrack</a></p><p>The EC has sent SMS messages to all such electors whose mobile numbers are given in the enumeration forms, it added.</p>
