"The Amazing Spider-Man" director Marc Webb has thanked Indian audience for the record-breaking response the film has received here.
The June 29 release garnered 34 crores in the opening weekend and has earned up to 62 crores up till now. It released in India three days ahead of the US.
In a letter to his Indian friends, Webb said, "Thank you for making The Amazing Spider-Man Hollywood's number one opening film of all time in India.
