Prabhas' 25th movie to be directed by Koratala Siva?

The two had previously collaborated for 'Mirchi'

Actor Prabhas is arguably one of the biggest names in the film industry and enjoys a strong fan following due to his impressive body of work. According to multiple reports, 'Darling', who has quite a few big films in his kitty, is set to sign his next project. The buzz is that he may team up with ace director Koratala Siva for what is likely to be the 25th movie of the Saaho hero's career.

The 'socially responsible filmmaker' had previously collaborated with Prabhas for the 2013 action-drama Mirchi, which did well at the box office while receiving positive reviews. The movie, which marked Koratala Siva's directorial debut, was later remade in Kannada as Maanikya with Sudeep and 'Crazy Star' Ravichandran in the lead.

The general perception is that Koratala Siva is the right choice for the proposed film as he knows how to do justice to Prabhas' reel image.

The movie, either way, is unlikely to go on the floors immediately as 'Darling' and the Janatha Garage helmer are busy with their current projects. Koratala Siva is working on the eagerly-awaited movie Acharya. which marks his first collaboration with actor Chiranjeevi. The biggie is touted to be a commercial-entertainer with religious undertones and revolves around the journey of a 'saviour'. It stars Kajal Aggarwal as the leading lady and will mark her second collaboration with 'Megastar'. The flick will hit the screens on May 13

Prabhas, on the other hand, is gearing up for the release of the romantic drama Radhe Shyam. The film, being shot in Hindi and Telugu, revolves around the journey of two lovers and has been shot across multiple locations. It stars Pooja Hegde as the leading lady.

The mass hero also has the Prashant Neel-helmed Salaar and a movie with Bollywood star Deepika Padukone in his kitty. He will soon be turning his attention to the mythological drama Adipurush, which features him in the role of Lord Ram. The Hindi-Telugu bilingual stars Saif Ali Khan as the antagonist 'Lankesh' and will mark his Tollywood debut. Many feel it may prove to be a gamechanger for the Tollywood heartthrob.
