Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma have been spotted at many events together -- grabbing attention with their sweet chemistry, and were considered an adorable couple.

However now there are speculations that they have called it quits but plan on remaining good friends.

As per a report by Pinkvilla, the couple parted ways just a few weeks back; which comes after there were talks of them planning their wedding.

"Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma parted ways weeks ago as a couple but they plan to remain good friends. Both have been working hard in their respective schedules," a source close to the actors told the publication.

The two were recently seen together at the screening of Azaad, starring Rasha Thadani, Ajay Devgn and Aaman Devgan. They were seen supporting the cast members and Tamannaah even wore a t-shirt with Uyi Amma written on it, which is the title of a hit song from the movie.

Sharing fun-filled reels on Instagram, Tamannaah and Vijay were seen grooving to Uyi Amma with Rasha which garnered a lot of love from the netizens.

Bhatia started her career in 2005 with an appearance in the song Lafzo Mein by maiden Indian Idol winner Abhijeet Sawant, before making her debut as an actor with Hindi film Chand Sa Roshan Chehra.

She then pivoted towards South cinema, where she worked in successful Tamil and Telugu films.

Meanwhile Vijay has given some of his best permeances in web series and movies like IC 814, Mirzapur 3, Dahaad and Darlings.
