'War 2' Teaser: Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR deliver a high-voltage face-off

Yash Raj Films on Tuesday (May 20) released the much-anticipated teaser of the much-anticipated War 2, on Jr NTR’s birthday. Helmed by Ayan Mukerji, the movie stars two of the greatest cinematic icons Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR along with Kiara Advani.

Yash Raj Films (YRF) Production, shared the 1.35-minute-long teaser on their social media handles and netizens are going gaga over the high-octane action sequences.

Sparks are set to fly on the big screen as Jr NTR goes head-to-head with Hrithik Roshan’s Kabir, the highly anticipated sequel in the YRF Spy Universe.

The trailer introduces us to the film’s key characters, including Jr NTR as the menacing antagonist taking on Kabir, played by Hrithik Roshan. It teases a gripping plot twist, revealing what compels Hrithik’s character—India’s best soldier—to return for a mission.

The clip begins in a war-torn setting and seamlessly shifts into a high-octane action sequence featuring Jr NTR. Blending action, sharp dialogues, gunplay, and subtle plot hints, the teaser amps up excitement while keeping the suspense intact.

Backed by Aditya Chopra under the banner Yash Raj Films (YRF), War 2, releases on August 14 worldwide in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. War 2 is the sixth film of the YRF Spy Universe franchise that has only delivered blockbusters.
