<p>Union Minister of State for Labour and Employment Rameswar Teli on Thursday informed Rajya Sabha that eight more ESI hospitals will be set up in Karnataka.</p>.<p>These hospitals would come up at Doddaballapur, Shivamogga, Bommasandra, Narasapura, Harohalli, Ballari, Tumakuru and Udupi. </p><p>Replying to BJP Rajya Sabha member Narayana Koragappa’s question, the Minister said that the ESI has given in principle approval for setting up hospitals. These hospitals comprise 100 beds each.</p>
