<p>Bengaluru: Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar on Friday said the state government is considering action against individuals engaged in what he described as a “misinformation campaign” targeting Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala.</p>.<p>Addressing reporters at the KPCC office, Shivakumar, who is also the KPCC president, said the matter was not about supporting or opposing Dharmasthala, but about following due legal process.</p>.Remind people about Cong's sacrifices for freedom: D K Shivakumar.<p>“I have known Dharmasthala closely and have great faith in the place. I firmly believe the conspiracy will be exposed in the coming days. The home minister will present the facts of the case in the House,” he said.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Shivakumar added that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, during a legislature party meeting, had directed members to ensure no one conspired to defame or spread misinformation.</p>.<p class="bodytext">“The chief minister has instructed us to initiate action against those making false allegations. We will also work towards this,” he said.</p>
