133 corner sites in BDA layouts up for e-auction

Bengaluru: The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has put up 133 corner or intermediate sites for sale through e-auction.

The last date to participate in the e-auction is July 19. Live bidding will take place from July 21 onwards.

Some of the layouts where the sites have been identified include Anjanapura Township, JP Nagar 9th Phase, Sir M Visvesvaraya, BTM 4th Stage, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage, HBR 1st Stage 2nd Block, Austin Town, Arkavathi Layout 7th Block in Jakkur, and others. The sites are in different dimensions, ranging from 600 square feet to about 4,500 square feet.

The sites will be sold on an "as-is-where-is" basis, and the auction will take place in multiples of Rs 500 per square metre. Interested citizens can find the details, along with geo locations, on the BDA website in a week's time, according to a press release.
