<p>Riteish Deshmukh has finally completed 10 years in Bollywood and says that the day marks another new beginning for him — as he is going to debut as a producer. The 34-year-old made his Bollywood debut with Tujhe Meri Kasam, which also helped him find his soulmate in co-star Genelia D’Souza, with whom he tied the knot last year. <br /><br /></p>.<p>“3rd Jan 2003 — a decade ago my baiko, Genelia D’Souza and me made our debut in this wonder world of films. Tujhe Meri Kasam, a step that changed my life (sic),” Riteish, son of late minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, tweets.<br /><br />“Never thought I would last here for ten years but I guess I underestimated your patience. Thank you for all your criticism, support and love,” he further posts.<br /><br />After a successful stint as an actor, Riteish is now set to make his debut as a producer with Marathi film, Balak Palak. <br /><br />“Today, I debut as a producer with my Marathi film Balak Palak — absolutely proud of it,” he tweeted.<br /><br />Directed by Ravi Jadhav, Balak Palak is said to be a fun-filled drama that will <br />help parents realise the importance of transparent communication with their children. According to Riteish, who has co-produced it with Uttung Thakur, Balak Palak will have a virtual premiere in five cities of Maharashtra.</p>
