<p>Bengaluru: Tushar Girinath, Chief Commissioner of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) on Saturday requested the engineers to be on high alert as the city is expected to witness rains and gusty winds in the wake of Cyclone Fengal over the next three to four days.
