<p>South Regional Deputy Controller of Mines M S Waghmare, Goa Regional Controller A B Panigrahi, Deputy Controller, IBM, B L Pokriwala and senior geologist Tirunakkkarasu form the team. They will visit 24 mines, already identified and submit daily reports to Central Ministry for Mines.<br /><br />The Centre had issued orders to the State to depute two senior officials from the Department of Mines and Geology, however, no official has contacted the central taskforce. <br />M S Waghmare said: “We have no information about the officials deputed to coordinate with us. We have issued an instruction to the Department of Mines that officials have to be present on Monday morning.”</p>
