The officers are told to serve notices on whoever formed illegal layout, hold hearing and scrap them if they are illegal. <br /><br />The DC has instructed them to act against all the officials, public representatives, the gram panchayat presidents, members or the registration officers who are found <br />guilty. <br /><br />Registering properties<br /><br />While registering Grama Thana properties, chief executive officers of taluk panchayats must sign on the documents. <br /><br />But, in many cases, the authentication papers did not have their signatures, he said, warning such officers of disciplinary action.<br /></p>
