<p>The festival was dedicated to management events which shed light on students’ acquaintance with the field of commerce. <br /><br />B G Dwarakanath, Senior Advisor, Titan Industries, Bangalore and Galiswamy, Secretary, Dayananda Sagar Institutions, graced the occasion. There were various events in different categories of management like Mercado, a marketing event; Tesauro, a finance event; Best Manager; Doutor, a human resource event and finally a business quiz called Enigma. <br />Each of these events had five qualifying rounds which included case studies, role plays, quiz and simulations in their respective domains. <br /><br />Students undertook many challenging assignments and through these contests, they proved their decision-making abilities, stress managing skills and their capacity to cope with crisis. Reva Institute of Management and P E S Institute of Technology did well in all the events and students from Reva Institute of Management lifted the overall championship trophy. <br /><br />This two-day fest also had an HR conclave where a panel discussion was organised among eminent HR practitioners and managers on the topic — ‘Post Recessionary Challenges in HR’. <br /></p>
