<p> Bengaluru: All six coaches of the Yellow Line’s fourth trainset have arrived in Bengaluru and are set to undergo testing, according to a senior official in Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL). </p>.<p>While the first coach reached the Hebbagodi depot on Tuesday night, the remaining five came on Wednesday night. </p>.<p>The coaches have been unloaded at the depot and will be formed into a trainset through gangway fitment on Friday, the official told DH. </p>.<p>The train will then be taken to the Inspection Bay Line (IBL) for static tests. In the next step, it will be run on the Yellow Line tracks for dynamic testing. </p>.<p>“Since the Yellow Line has become operational, mainline testing will happen only at night and take at least two weeks. We’re doing our best, and our rolling stock and signaling teams are working hard. It’s in our interest to complete the testing and induct the train into service as soon as possible,” the official added. </p>.<p>The fourth train will help improve the Yellow Line frequency from 25 to 20 minutes. </p>.<p>The Bengal-based Titagarh Rail Systems Limited (TRSL), which is making trains under a sub-contract with China’s CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Co Ltd, is expected to dispatch the fifth train mid-September and the sixth in October. It is also expected to deliver two trains per month from October and all 15 by March. </p>
