<p>A 28-year-old woman software engineer working with an IT company in Koramangala has alleged that her manager is demanding sexual favours from her.</p>.<p>In her complaint, the victim has stated that Tabrez, the manager, has been harassing her over the past three months. Unable to bear harassment, she filed a complaint with the police on January 14.</p>.<p>Preliminary inquiries revealed that the victim was working since January last year and had differences with Tabrez over office issues.</p>.<p>She had filed a complaint with the company internally and the company conducted a probe and shifted her to a different team.</p>.<p>The woman then accused the manager of harassing her and approached the police. Based on her complaint, police have taken up a case of sexual harassment against Tabrez and are investigating further.</p>
