<p>Primary and Secondary Education Minister Tanveer Sait said various issues related to pay disparity among primary and secondary school teachers will be settled.<br /><br />Karnataka State Primary School Teachers’ Association president Basavaraja Gurikara said the minister has promised the office-bearers of the association of informing the pay commission about the issue over wage disparity. <br /><br />Gurikara said the minister said the issue will be taken up after pay commission gets a chairman by the end of April. “We are demanding pay on the Central scale and a separate scale for primary school headmasters,” he said.</p>
