<p>Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president G Parameshwara on Tuesday described Union Railway Minister D V Sadananda Gowda “as a man without culture.”<br /><br /></p>.<p>Both the leaders reacted sharply to the comments of Sadananda Gowda who said: “The birthday of Parameshwara will become the death day of the Congress.” <br /><br />On Tuesday, Siddaramaiah at his home office Krishna, questioned: “Do cultured people speak in such language? Do people compare a birthday to a death anniversary?”<br /><br />Meanwhile, Parameshwara, speaking at a function in Bangalore on Tuesday, attacked Sadananda Gowda and said, “I thought the Railway Minister is a cultured person. But now I realise I am wrong. People in responsible positions should not pass such remarks carelessly.”<br /><br />Campaigning from Aug 10<br /><br />Meanwhile, both Siddaramaiah and Parameshwara, said that they will start campaigning from August 10 for the three Assembly constituencies which go to polls later this month.<br /><br /></p>
