The Special Investigation Team (SIT) officials subjected the woman allegedly involved in the CD scandal to medical test in Bowring hospital on Wednesday . The officials also recorded her statement. The woman has been asked to appear again on Thursday for further investigation.
Since the parents of woman had alleged that she was giving statements under pressure, the the SIT
officials had requested the doctors to subject her for counselling. The psychiatrists counselled her and she was again questioned by the SIT officials around
4 pm.
Ramesh Jarkiholi was served notice to appear before SIT officials on April 2. He had requested the officials to give him four days time to answer to their questions during his last interrogation.
