Chitah Yajnesh to bring out a book on women's safety

Martial arts expert and founder of Chitah Jeet Kune Do Global Sports Federation, Chitah Yajnesh's book on women's safety, will be launched by the princess of Thailand, Mom Luang Rajadarasri Jayankura in the month of February or March.

Yajnesh told reporters that the book will focus on the issue of women's safety and the methods to overcome the assaults. The book launch will possibly be held in Mumbai but the date is yet to the finalised.

The book, having 12 parts, explains how women can protect themselves, along with suggestions for family problems.

Yajnesh further said that the Chitah Jeet Kune Do Global Sports Federation branches have been opened in 15 countries including USA, UK, China, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Turkey and Iran.

Chitah Yajnesh has been a trainer of martial arts for the last 35 years. He has also worked for Hindi film industry and Hollywood.
