<p>Two families in Hosakote village in Nanjangud taluk have been allegedly facing a social boycott for more than a decade.</p>.<p>The family of Nanjashetty and Revamma of the village are facing a social boycott since 2011. The families depend on daily wage for meals, she said Revamma.</p>.<p>According to Revamma, sites were sanctioned to these families in 2011 under Ashraya Scheme, but the leader in the village Kenchashetty managed to give these sites to his relatives. The families were social boycotted for questioning Kenchashetty, she said.</p>.<p>The relatives of the leader have constructed houses on the sites sanctioned for Revamma and Nanjashetty family and residing in the houses. “Following the social boycott, no villagers are providing job and we are not allowed to attend any functions in the village. Despite police complaint, nothing has happened. We had approached previous superintendent of police in this regard,” she said.</p>.<p>Nanjashetty, Mahadevu and Mahadevamma were present.</p>
