HC stays FIR against former Dy CM Ashoka

The Karnataka High Court on Thursday stayed the FIR and further proceedings against former deputy chief minister R Ashoka on Thursday.

Justice R B Budihal granted the stay while hearing a petition filed by Ashoka who had moved the court seeking quashing of the FIR registered against him by the Anti Corruption Bureau with regard to his involvement in the Bagair Hukum land scam.
