<p>Belagavi: NWKRTC Chairman and MLA Bharamgouda (Raju) Kage said that he has been contemplating to tender his resignation as MLA as funds promised by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah for undertaking developmental works in Kagwad assembly constituency have not been released. </p><p>"I was given a letter stating that Rs 25 crore have been released under chief ministers special funds, but they have not been realised," he said.</p><p>Kage told reporters at Ainapur town in Kagwad taluk on Monday that he had prepared list of the works to be taken up in the Rs 25 crore special funds assured by Siddaramaiah which included community halls in Rs 13 crore and road works in Rs 12 crore in the constituency. </p>.Vijayendra seeks Amit Shah's intervention to resolve factionalism in Karnataka BJP unit.<p>"It has been two years since the Congress came to power in the state, but funds were not released for developmental works. People were cursing me. Work orders have not been released for the works," he added.</p><p>"I stand in support for the statement of MLA B R Patil as it appears to be true. Despite two years passing after launch of works, they have not taken off as work orders have not been issued. Administration has completely failed in the state," Kage said.</p><p>"In the next two to three days, I shall meet Siddaramaiah and tender my resignation. It should come as surprise to anybody as I have made up mind," Kage stated.</p>
