<p> <br />Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, the governing body of KV schools, has given the teaching and non-teaching staff, an opportunity to find their life partners through their official website.<br /><br />The official website of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghatan has been hosting information about unmarried employees from August. <br /><br />Personal details of the employees including name, designation, hometown, date of birth, phone number is available in the website and nine members have already registered. <br />Several employees say they have already started receiving calls from interested partners across the country.<br /><br />Employees like Sanjay Kumar, who works as a librarian with one of the KV schools, claims he has received phone calls as well as e-mails from across the country. Though he is unhappy that he cannot upload his picture on the website, he is happy with the new opportunity given to him.<br /><br />“Searching for a partner has been difficult as I do not stay in my hometown, Madhya Pradesh, where my parents live. The website will definitely help me,” says the 31-year-old librarian of KV Kalpetta. <br /><br />Since its inception in 1965, KVs have established themselves as premier institutes in school education. There are close to 1,073 schools and 49,611 employees. <br /><br />Several employees also claim that they get many calls from their fellow unmarried employees from different parts of country. <br /><br />“I have received calls from several teachers across the country. Many do not know about the procedure for uploading their profiles online,” says Sachin G Basode, a primary school teacher. <br /><br />As the applications posted on the website are approved by the concerned schools, there is more credibility than any other matrimonial site, feel the staff.</p>
