<p class="title">The Mangaluru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) held an adalat to resolve citizens' grievances in regard to various applications and approvals, on Saturday.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Only the grievances of Mangaluru City Corporation citizens were heard and those of Mangaluru taluk were received in writing.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The main purpose of holding the adalat, was to heed to the citizens's grievances in regard to pending single site approvals, layout plans and other related works.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Minister for Urban Development and Housing U T Khader, MUDA Commissioner Srikanth Rao and other officials were present. The adalat was organised following complaints from citizens on inordinate delay in obtaining MUDA approvals.</p>
