Mudigere village gets mobile hospital

A mobile hospital has started functioning in Alekhan Horatti village, situated on the foothills of Charmadi Ghat in Mudigere taluk, on Saturday.

With this, one of the appeals made by a student of the village with Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been fulfilled.

Alekhan Horatti is a remote village in Javali Gram Panchayat. Demanding infrastructure to the village, a student of Mugrahalli Morarji Desai Residential School had written a letter to the prime minister six months ago.

Responding to the letter, the PMO had directed the district administration to initiate necessary action in the matter. Following the order, even the district administration promised to solve the problem.  The mobile hospital will visit the village on every Saturday and will have one doctor, two nurses, two lab technician, Asha worker.
