A case is registered against legislator Raghupathi Bhat for organising a Padyatra from Kodibengre to Gujjarabettu without taking permission from Election Commission.
The case for violation is registered at Malpe police station. The MLA is also accused of using children for the Padyatra.
Flying Squad officer Mohan Raj has registered the complaint.
