<p>B K Manju had been granted bail on August 8, 2011 by the court.<br /><br />Madhumathi, a resident of Chinnappanahalli and a witness in the case, has stated that Manju has been violating the bail conditions. She has also stated that Manju, along with another person named B M Anjinappa, had threatened her life and a case had also been registered with Bangalore police.<br /><br />Further, Madhumathi alleged that the accused are highly influential and there was a possibility that they could endanger her life. She has sought cancellation of bail of Manju and the arrest of Anjinappa by the police. <br /><br />The Court has directed the investigating officer to submit a report on October 26.<br /><br /></p>
