<p>Bengaluru: The <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/karnataka-high-court">Karnataka High Court</a> on Monday adjourned the hearing on a petition, filed by former chief minister <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/b-s-yediyurappa">B S Yediyurappa</a> challenging the case registered against him under the provisions <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/pocso-act">Pocso Act</a>, to December 6.</p>.<p>Justice M Nagaprasanna also extended the interim order granting exemption from personal appearance to Yeddiyurappa till the next date of hearing.</p>.<p>The complaint alleged that Yeddiyurappa had sexually harassed the 17-year-old daughter of the complainant woman on February 2, 2024.</p>
