Rajasab is Tumkur varsity VC

Prof A H Rajasab has been appointed vice chancellor of Tumkur University. Rajasab succeeds SC Sharma who served as the varsity’s VC until May this year.

D Shivalingaiah, the registrar was the acting Vice Chancellor for the past three months.
The search committee was constituted in June with Meena Chandavarkar, vice chancellor Karnataka State Women’s University, as the chairperson.
