District In-charge Minister S T Somashekar on Saturday said that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) will bring out the name of the ‘Mahanayaka’, who is behind the obscene CD, in which former Ramesh Jarkiholi is allegedly involved.
Speaking to reporters here, Somashekar said, “The victim herself has told the name of the ‘Mahanayaka’. The name is not a surprise and it was doing the rounds on social media. Even I was curious about the ‘Mahanayaka’, but the victim has named him.”
“The SIT is conducting an investigation and the team will investigate who is the script writer, producer, director and location. Politicians are targeted and the people must know the fact behind the CD. A thorough investigation will be conducted in this regard,” Somashekar said.
He said, “Ramesh Jarkiholi and the woman have said that the CD is fake. The fact will come to light after investigation. Karnataka Police are efficient and they will bring out the truth.”
