State-AP border survey postponed

The officials of the Indian Survey Department remained absent from the preparatory meeting of the survey process which was held at Hospet on Monday. The survey process which was suppose to begin from May 27 has been postponed.

According to the order passed by the High court, a preparatory meeting of officials from various departments regarding the survey at the border area was held at tourist bungalow of Gunda forest in Hospet.

Deputy Controller of Indian Mines Directorate M S Vagmare, who was present at the meeting said that the details of the meeting will be sent to the officials who were absent from the meeting.

He also said that the meeting will be held once again after a week or 10 days.
