<p>Mysuru: MLC Yathindra Siddaramaiah said that Pro Hindu activists lack culture, their language indicates it.</p><p>The Congress leader was reacting to a question by media persons on the statement of Pramod Muthalik about Congress leaders.</p><p>He also said that Enforcement Directorate is making baseless statements without any evidence, especially when the MUDA case is yet to be heard.</p><p>"All the central investigative agencies are puppets of the Union Government and there would not be an independent probe by ED in MUDA case", Yathindra said. </p>
