<p>Kerala Police has written to Facebook following a complaint from the parents of a young woman whose photograph was posted on the social networking site and identified as the Delhi gang-rape victim. <br /><br />N. Vinayakumaran Nair, assistant commissioner of police, who heads the Hi-Tech Crime Enquiry Cell, said a probe had begun following a complaint from the parents of the woman whose picture was misused.<br /><br />"We have written to the site which posted the picture. It should have been removed by now," Nair told IANS. <br /><br />He said soon after the picture was posted, there were numerous comments saying it was fake. </p>.<p>"We are certain we will soon find out how this happened," he said. Nair did not disclose the complainant's name. </p>
