<p>Thiruvananthapuram: Amidst strong protests at various universities in Kerala against alleged 'saffronisation', the police issued restrictions on staging demonstrations within 200 metres around the Calicut University.</p><p>According to the local police, the university vice-chancellor sought the enforcement of a court order of 2012 banning demonstrations within 200 metres around the university.
