<p>Thiruvananthapuram: Five Malayalis, including a toddler, were reported to be among the Indians killed in a bus accident in Kenya.</p><p>Thrissur native Jasna, 29, and her one-and-a-half-year-old daughter Roohi, Palakkad native Riya, 41 and her 8-year-old daughter Tyra, and Thiruvalla native Geetha Shoji Isaac, 58, were killed. Family members and close relatives of many of them were among those injured.</p><p>Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, who condoled the deaths, said in a statement that all possible efforts were being made through Malayali associations in Kenya for extending help to the injured.</p><p>NORKA-Roots sources said that 17 Malayalis were found to be among the group that went on tour from Qatar to Kenya. The bus in which they were traveling went out of control and fell into a gorge in Nyandarua county.</p>
