In matters of work, I have had the opportunity to witness up close, on numerous occasions, his decisive boldness and firm grip on administration. He never compromised in any way when it came to public welfare initiatives. Whenever there were meetings with him regarding Sarathi, the Annasaheb Patil Mahamandal, the Kolhapur Cricket Association, and Kolhapur's development projects, he never held back his hand.
