<p>Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday took a swipe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the issue of job losses and agrarian distress, describing him as 'jumla raja' (king of rhetoric) presiding over a kingdom of ruin.</p>.<p>“Farmers do not get the right prices, youth do not get the right jobs in 'jumla raja's chaupat raj', no hard working person gets respect,” Rahul said on Twitter.</p>.<p>He tagged a media report on the unemployment situation in Uttar Pradesh, claiming that youth with even PhD degrees are applying for class IV menial jobs.</p>.<p>Rahul has been highly critical of Modi on the issue of unemployment and has often accused him of not fulfilling his promise – before coming to power – of providing two crore jobs a year to the youth.</p>.<p>Agrarian distress is emerging as the key issue for the Congress' manifesto for the Lok Sabha polls and the party is mulling promising a mega farm loan waiver.</p>.<p>Hollow promise</p>.<p>Addressing a rally in Rourkela in Odisha, Rahul kept up the attack on the Modi government on economic issues.</p>.<p>He said the prime minister had promised to bring back the black money stashed abroad and deposit Rs 15 lakh in bank accounts of the people. The promise has been a hollow one.</p>.<p>The BJP had also failed to honour its promise of generating two crore jobs every year, Rahul added.</p>
