Indian Navy got the fourth Stealth Scorpene-Class Submarine on November 25. Indian Navy Chief Admiral Karambir Singh commissioned INS Vela at the Noval Dockyard in Mumbai. Earlier, INS Visakhapatnam was commissioned by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh in Mumbai.
