<p>Lucknow: Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday likened Indian forces’ precision strikes at the terror camps inside Pakistan to the "surgeries performed by the surgeons", which also required precision.</p><p>Speaking at a function organised on the occasion of the silver jubilee of a private hospital here, Singh said that soldiers and doctors were "similar" in many ways. ‘’Both save the citizens...the services and dedication of both of them deserve equal respect,’’ he said.</p>.Pakistan has begun rebuilding terror infrastructure of Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed: Rajnath Singh.<p>"The forces protect the nation and the doctors protect the patients...both have to make decisions during a crisis and both are ready for any situation," he remarked.</p><p>‘’Our forces worked like an expert surgeon...the way a surgeon strikes at the root of the disease and uses his tools, the Indian forces also used its tools to strike at the root of terrorism,’’ Singh said.</p><p>‘’But as is known, Pakistan never mends its ways...it began to attack our soil and target the civilians, gurudwaras, temples and churches...the response of the Indian forces brought Pakistan to its knees,’’ he added.</p><p>Singh said that India made sure that only the terror camps inside Pakistan were targeted. ‘’We did not target the civilians,’’ he said.</p>.If US can extradite terrorists to India, Pakistan can also give us Hafiz Saeed, Lakhvi: Indian envoy.<p>He said that a large number of terrorists were killed in India’s precision strikes.</p><p>The Union minister said that the country witnessed the bravery of the forces during Operation Sindoor and the courage of the doctors during the Covid-19 pandemic.</p><p>Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who was also present on the occasion, said that Pakistan would be "consumed" by terrorism in the near future.</p>
