State funeral for Ram Vilas Paswan; tricolor to fly at half-mast

As a mark of respect to Union Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Ram Vilas Paswan who passed away on Thursday, the Centre said that a state funeral will be accorded to the minister and the national flag will be flown at half-mast on Friday in Delhi and the capitals of the states and union territories where it is regularly flown.

The national flag will also fly at half-mast at the place where the funeral will take place.
