<p>Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh chief minister <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/yogi-adityanath">Yogi Adityanath</a> on Tuesday said that the activities of religious conversion mastermind Jalaluddin alias Changur Baba and his gang were not only ‘anti-social’ but also’anti-national’ and promised strict action against them even as the administration on Tuesday demolished Changur Baba’s palatial house in Balrampur district by bulldozers.</p><p>‘’The government is committed to safeguard the dignity and security of the sisters and daughters....preliminary investigations have revealed that the activities of the main accused Jalaluddin alias Changur Baba are not only anti-social but also anti-national,’’ he said.</p><p>Adityanath said that the government would ensure that the accused persons got such punishment that set an example. ‘’The properties of all the accused persons will be seized and strict legal action will be taken against them,’’ he added.</p>.UP women's panel chief seeks death for 'Chhangur Baba', mastermind of forced religious conversion racket.<p>Adityanath said that there was no place for those who endanger the security of the women and threaten peace and harmony.</p><p>Earlier in the day the district administration used bulldozers to demolish the palatial house of Changur Baba at Utraula in Balrampur.</p><p>Changur Baba, who allegedly ran a religious conversion racket, was arrested by the UP Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS). He has been accused of receiving Rs 100 crore from abroad to finance his ‘operations’ in the country.</p><p>The ATS said that the gang had 18 members of whom four have been arrested and efforts were on to nab the other members. It was also revealed that the gang was active in several districts in the state.</p><p>It was alleged that the gang used to lure poor people by offering them money. Sources said that the gang had fixed rates for converting people from different castes.</p>
