Jyotsna Malhotra and Pooja Bhatt are among the many city artists showcasing their works at Cobalt Forum of Art and Music’s group exhibition ‘Artistic Diversity’. They specialise in abstract art.

Painting in the state of reverie is artist Jyotsna’s style. She uses all kinds of colours to communicate what she feels. She says, “My doodles are based
on my thoughts. This, combined with water colours, leads to abstract art.”

She is comfortable with both traditional and digital ways of painting.

While Pooja Bhatt aka Maartiste is inspired by philosophy. She uses acrylic paint for her abstract art. “One of the main reasons I chose abstract was because it had no single meaning. The idea of being able to draw with no limits brings joy to me,” she told Metrolife.

Their artworks are on display till June 1 at Cobalt Art Gallery, Rajarajeshwarinagar.
