Punjab Grill has launched yet another restaurant named ‘Barbecue by Punjab Grill’ in Malleswaram. This time they are offering live grilled Indian delicacies. Head out here with your loved ones to experience some quality time.

The ambience is warm and lively, giving a cosy feeling. There are different stations assigned for each course of the meal (separate stations for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food) and wasn’t difficult at all to locate which is which. The staff are polite and friendly; their service is top-notch although a little slow. They make sure that the food is served according to your preferences; if you have any.

The buffet is what the crowd usually prefers. It fits the budget and leaves your belly full as a good amount of all their finger-licking delicacies are served.

An assortment of desserts.

You are in for a treat, and it doesn’t matter whether you are a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian. So loosen up your belt and enjoy the wholesome experience starting from soups and salads to chaat and jamuns.

‘Achari soya chaap’, ‘salsa potato’, ‘corn chaat’, ‘chilli paneer’ are a few of the vegetarian live grilled starters that you can’t help but ask for more. As for the meat lovers, ‘peri-peri chicken wings’, ‘Amritsari fish tikka’, ‘mutton seekh’ are a few of the must-try.

The main course offers authentic Indian cuisine with different kinds of freshly made rotis and lip-smacking curries. Do try the ‘lahsuni mushroom’, for it is one of the best curries that goes with the fluffy garam rotis.

They also serve an assortment of rice dishes including ‘jeera rice’ and ‘Hyderabadi Dum Biryani’ with variants of gravies.

Dahi Chaat

It is a treasure trove for the dessert lovers, with cold stone ice cream station, mini cupcakes and pastries, and desi sweets. ‘Paan with gulkand ice cream’ is the desi twist you would want indulge in. They also serve fresh mocktails to gulp your food down; the ‘passion fruit mocktail’ is worth the mention.

Even street-food is not left out; they have stations offering chaat and momos. The chaat station is what attracts the crowd with their varieties of sweet, sour and spicy chaat.
